As a Media owner you require advertising agencies and marketers to invest their brand in your publication for advertising.You will need to support your selling and marketing by being ABC certified.

The ABC is non-profit organization registered in terms of Section 21 of the Companies Act, based on an agreement between advertisers, advertising agencies and media owners.

Their primary function is the certification and provision of accurate and comparable circulation figures, to assist the advertisers/marketers and publishers in the buying and selling of advertising and promotional material. This is achieved through agreement or auditing standards, on the certificates and on the reports submitted.

ABC Management Services

EZWENI offers an on-going ABC submission and management service for publications that need assistance without the need for Publishers to employ extra staff or allocate time for managing their ABC membership. Our fees are affordable as we understand smaller Publishers' needs.

EZWENI rates will depend on the frequency and circulation of your publication. EZWENI can handle management of ABC titles with a Circulation of up to 50 000 copies per issue.

• Manage, monitor and keep record of all Distribution per issue together with signed PODs
• Request all documentation required, from the Publisher for submission to the ABC
• Submission of all ABC requirements before deadlines with your signed approval
• Liaising with Auditors and ensuring all is completed accordingly, facilitating the audit at EZWENI offices
• Guiding and consulting with you for your publication to full accreditation
• Full representation to the ABC at all functions and correspondence needed throughout the management agreement period
• Updating of all important information changes with regards the ABC that affect the publication
• Updating of any training or event information
• All administration management with ABC
